Endgamer

Hello, Pirates! I just made it back home from vacation last night, so I'll be back on a regular blogging schedule now.

About a week before my vacation, I went through the beachhead dungeon(s) on my privateer. The Beachhead was a machine in the middle of the Westminster Skyway that the armada had built. It's purpose was to supply and repair armada ships, and it had turrets that could destroy all of Marleybone City if it got close enough in range. We were sent to destroy it's turrets and the contraption as a whole and sabotage the armada plans. By destroying it, it would turn the tides in the war against the armada.

First up, we had to destroy three spokes. Each were held to a turret. It was the same idea for all of them: defeat some armada troops, destroy the loading mechanisms, destroy ammunition, then the spoke was rendered as useless. Along the way, we ran into Bishop, Kane's "mad tinkerer." He's in charge of the construction of the armada's contraptions, for example, the Beachhead, creating new and improved clockworks, special weaponry, and key components of the "grand design." The grand design remains a secret as to what it is.

After destroying the three spokes, we got to the main battery. We had to destroy the main battery to blow up the Beachhead once and for all.

We had to get past a few armada forces first, then we got to the big guy: Bishop. Bishop cheats by sacrificing some of his minion's health to heal himself by a lot. He also sends out a machine once every turn. The machines shoot things at you that damage you and your crew.
Bishop um... got away after we defeated him. I was going to catch him sometime soon... and maybe steal his wand for my witchdoctor while I'm at it. On top of Bishop getting away, there was a huge problem with destroying the beachhead.

The only way to destroy the Beachhead was to take it down from the bottom. We had to destroy it from the engineering section by turning a piston. The pistons were activated by switching four switches. This wasn't going to be easy at all. The place was packed with armada.

My crew and I kept defeating the armada and turning the switches, until we reached the bottom, where we ran into another problem: Bishop again. We fought him again, and we finally found ourselves triumphant! Sadly, he didn't give me his wand like I wanted.

Oh look, he gave me a compliment.

After the Bishop problem, we pushed the last lever. This caused the piston to go down to the very bottom and blow up the whole beachhead! Luckily, we got out just in time and survived the explosion.
Beachhead blowing up
Blowing up Beachhead caused a major turn of the tides in the war. Things were looking good for Marleybone due to my crew and I.

That's all for this post. Fair sailing, Pirates!

Summer Gaming Goals

Hello! Today I'm going to talk about my summer gaming goals. I don't have too many expectations due to the fact that I'm spending half of the summer practicing for marching band next school year, however, I'm setting some goals to be accomplished. Without further ado, here's my list.

     1. Max out all of my characters - I'm currently working on maxing out my fourth character, my privateer. In previous posts, I've posted that I was questing with Fishy Faith on my privateer, but I've switched to quest with her on my swashbuckler since they intertwined in their quests. In my opinion, privateer is a much easier school so I believe it was a good choice to go ahead and solo on it.

     2. Find a style for my swashbuckler - I've been having some trouble finding a good outfit for my swashbuckler. I like the hat and the robe that I currently have, but I don't really care for the shoes, and I need the Tiger Claws weapon for it's style. Hopefully I can find a pair that fit me well.

     3. Play through the new areas - I've never gotten a chance to play through the new Blood Shoals areas. I'd like to take the summer to play through them and see what they're like. Whenever I hear people talk about them, I'm clueless about what's going on, so I want to finally get a clue as to what's happening in those areas.

     4. Decorate my house on my buccaneer - I've bought a Skullrock Stronghold (Buccaneer) house on my buccaneer and I want to decorate it over the summer and post another housing showcase. I have the outside done so far, but I need the inside. It's looking great so far, and I'm happy with the current outcome.

     5. Work on PvP - I want to learn to PvP well on every Pirate101 class, as I've learned to on Wizard101 (except myth, because Wizard101 allows you to have every school besides one.) I look forward to posting more PvP guides in the future once I get situated with it on each class.

Those are my gaming goals for this summer. It's not much, but it definitely gives me some work to do. That's all for this post! Fair sailing, pirates!

Introductory Post

Hello! I'm Erin, or Eri (air-ee). I am glad to be a part of a real fansite, not a 5-second-long fansite I've created.

I am a level 65 Buccaneer, Erin Innsbrook. This is my only max level pirate, while I have a Swashbuckler at the level of 56 (Bridget Morgan). She's kind of dead.  My other characters are only at the levels of 2 (Privateer), 3 (Witchdoctor), and 5 (Musketeer). (I obviously prefer Physical damage over Ranged.)

Also, I ask that you bear with me while learning how to use Blogger. It's new to me.

On account of other characteristics of myself, I'm weird, fun, silly and strict (when someone messes with me). I often hop between Wizard101, Minecraft and Pirate101, but my main-game is Pirate101. I am in many fandoms including My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Frozen / Disney, Imagine Dragons and Harry Potter. I enjoy reading and drawing, and occasionally fixing up a small story. (I also make very run-on paragraphs. Ehhh.)

I hope this helps describe me.

Thank you!

Her Majesty's Secret Service

Hello! Over the course of the past few days, I worked on promoting Bonnie Anne to Fox Sniper on my swashbuckler.
The quest started off when Bonnie got word from an old shipmate of her's that her first captain, Calico Jake wanted to speak with her. Calico Jake works with a guy with the code name "Mr. M" in Port Regal. Mr. M is the code name for Mycroft Bones.
According to an intercepted call from Jake and Bones, the armada is planning a massive invasion of Skull Island and it's up to Bonnie to stop it. Calico Jake has posed as a traitor to the "good guys" and set up a meeting with Rooke. Bonnie needs to form a sniper rifle and seriously injure Rooke before it's too late.

To form the rifle, we needed to go to Lucius Fox, a master craftsman in Jonah Town.
We needed two items to forge the weapon: An advanced lock wheel and a scope. We could obtain the lock wheel from the armada ships in port regal. The scope, we had to get from Catbeard. However, there was one problem - Catbeard didn't have the scope. It was left in a ship in Puerto Mico. I um... ran into trouble while getting the scope. It seemed like the armada was one step ahead of us; they hired someone to fight us and stop us from getting the scope!
After getting the two components, Lucius constructed the rifle for Bonnie. The next item was our list was ammunition for the gun. It was located in Wasp Cave in Cool Ranch. Once we had the ammunition, we could finally return to Mycroft Bones and Calico Jake.

We returned to Mycroft Bones for more details. It seemed that Calico Jake had already left to take his position. We needed to meet Calico Jake at the Monte Royale and listen to him for more details. Like always, the armada was one step ahead of us. They sent Deacon instead of Rooke and he caught us before Bonnie had taken her place to incapacitate one of the armada leaders.
Luckily, we managed to escape with ourselves intact and weren't sitting in our graves. Bonnie and I returned to the tavern cellar after the recent failure hoping to destroy one of them in the future. Bonnie was then promoted to Fox Sniper!
