Character Review: Subodai

         Salutations! It's Friendly Chris again, and today I'm going to be analysing a Pirate101 character. Today's character review is Subodai. A swashbucklers best friend! Let us begin learning about his character, shall we?
      

I don't think it takes Sherlock Bones to realize that Subodai is a horse, from the majestic land of Mooshu. A strong warrior, Subodai was once imprisoned by the Armada, where he met a young swashbuckler and helped the pirate on their journey. He eventually is promoted from Horse Barbarian to Horse Warrior. When promoting him, he wishes to perform a ceremony for his ancestors to earn his warriors plume, and must gather special items to do so.

He gathers many unique items such as the  talon of a scarakeet from Monquista, since he is unable to get some from his homeland. Next, he collects 5 blood flowers from Diablos cut, fighting off spiders and evading crimson vines while doing so. Once he is finished gathering the items, he heads over to Skull Island to speak to Madame Vadima...
       
        Madame Vadima helps him with the ritual, and Ogudai, one of Subodai's ancestors, speaks to him, speaking of his pride. Ogudai tells Subodai he must defeat a worthy foe in combat if he is ever to become a worthy warrior. He must defeat a monquistan, simian, and make his Warriors plume from his banner.

Subodai returns to Skull Island after he speaks with his ancestor, and defeats Simian. He then travels to the nearest tavern to celebrate his victory, and his new promotion as a warrior.




       Later on Subodai wishes to be promoted to a great, title, a Horse Khan. He travels to Mooshu and visits his uncle, Qulpa, and tells him of the quest. Qulpa says he is happy to help Subodai the minute that he is freed from his imprisonment. After being easily freed, Subodai seeks the support of two more Kkans, Batu & Guyuk. Batu is easily bought, as he simply wants a jade. Guyuk on the other hand, was not so easily bought. You must confront a khan named Hunan, and when you do and offer him a gift, horns from snakes Hunan holds sacred, warriors attack Subodai, after the battle Subodai is gained the title for defeating a powerful Khan. He celebrates at a tavern, and is officially promotoed, realizing the Amber Horde is a horrible group, and no longer follows them.

As a companion I don't know much about him, as I have only created a Witchdoctor and don't have much experience despite my small experients with the other classes, but as a character in general, he is a very powerful and strong Khan.
