The sneak peek includes a panorama of a newly designed Avery's Court. There's some additions to specific parts including a staircase between the privateer and buccaneer school. In my opinion, the new dock looks like ship PvP is coming! For the other house by the swashbuckler school and the Colosseum, I have no clue what's going on.
