Hello! Today I worked on promoting the famous El Toro on my buccaneer. (Cue the trumpets with his theme song.)
El Toro is our beloved self-obsessed bull that we get near the end of Cool Ranch from the quest Blood's Own hand. He promotes at level 40 from Masked Hero to Masked Champion, and he gets a new costume and colors that match your flag!
For El Toro to promote, he must master focus and power. He learns from one of the greatest swordsmen in all of Mooshu, Moosashi Mooyamoto.

In El Toro's test of focus, he must catch a fish with his bare hands and enjoy a meal with Moofune. However, things don't turn out well when El Toro finds out that Moofune doesn't eat meat.
For the test of power, El Toro must cut down a Yum-Yum Fruit tree with only a butter knife and share it with Mooyaguchi! El Toro is persistent, however, he didn't learn to strike correctly and breaks the blade. He then lies to Mooyaguchi to get his way and still look like a good person.
After the two tests, we return to Moosashi Mooyamoto, we must defeat him to prove to him that El Toro has learned the skills. Once we defeat him, we sail off to the De La Vega Manor in Santo Pollo for a new outfit!
